By accessing or using iReceive's platform, mobile application, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

iReceive Solutions ("iReceive," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use iReceive Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Reside in a country where our Services are available (Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, or Cambodia)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Description of Services

iReceive provides digital currency exchange and cross-border payment services, including:

• Currency conversion from Nigerian Naira (NGN), Ghanaian Cedi (GHS), Zimbabwean Dollar (ZWL), and Tanzanian Shilling (TZS) to USD
• International money transfers to Cambodia and other supported destinations
• Cryptocurrency exchange services
• User-to-user transfers within the iReceive platform
• Real-time exchange rate information

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services and may suspend or discontinue Services at any time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

4. Fees and Charges

iReceive charges a service fee of $2.50 USD (or equivalent in local currency) per transaction. This fee is clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

Additional terms regarding fees:

• Exchange rates are updated in real-time and may fluctuate
• The exchange rate shown at the time of transaction confirmation is final
• Third-party fees (such as bank charges) may apply and are not included in our service fee
• We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

5. User Obligations and Account Security

As a user of iReceive, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC verification
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Comply with all Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Provide valid proof of payment for all transactions
• Ensure the accuracy of recipient information

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use iReceive Services to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Services
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information
• Transfer funds for purchases of illegal goods or services

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• iReceive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of exchange rates from third-party providers
• We are not liable for losses resulting from user error, such as incorrect recipient information

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Request from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. We will make reasonable efforts to return any funds in your account, subject to applicable laws and our verification requirements.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of iReceive Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of iReceive Services shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between you and iReceive
2. Mediation, if negotiations fail
3. Binding arbitration under the rules of [Arbitration Body], if mediation fails
